The Douglas County Million Dollar Club was established in 1985 under the sponsorship of the Douglas County Association of REALTORS® to highlight and promote the top producing agents in the real estate industry.

The focus of the Club is to recognize and promote extraordinary attainment of individual members in the listing and sale of real property. Each member listed and/or sold a minimum of one million dollars ($1,000,000) worth of real estate in the previous calendar year with many far exceeding the original standard set for membership and have done so for many years. We are committed to the REALTOR® values of honesty, fairness and professionalism and dedicated to promoting, preserving and protecting home ownership rights for all!

The officers of the Executive Committee are elected annually by the membership. The objective of the Executive Committee is to direct advertising to the recognition of the outstanding individuals who have endeavored to upgrade the integrity, conduct and productivity of fellow Real Estate Licensees. They do this through thorough investigation of all avenues of advertising and selecting what they feel is the most effective means to accomplish this for the membership.
