Also, I have personally purchased homes for some individuals & families in need. Repairs were needed before financing was possible; I was able to repair the homes so they could purchase them with their FHA, USDA, or VA loans. Bottom line, I do what I can to help someone with their dreams!

The Duplex that Micah listed and sold for us was what i would call a difficult sale... There were a number of hiccups through the process (none of which were Micah's fault), and he was on top of it at all times. In the end, we were able to walk away with a fair amount higher than the appraised value... and we credit Micah for this. We would definitely have him list for us again in the Future if the situation arises.
